A woman from Cologne between a school for gifted athletes and living on the countryside: In Miesbach and Reichersbeuern shooting for the first two films of a new series for the ZDF with the working title “Gipfelstürmer – Das Berginternat” is taking place. In the centre of the stories will be Nele who accepts a unique job opportunity at a boarding school for competitive sports in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps. Alongside Maya Haddad as Nele, Katja Weitzenböck, Felix von Manteuffel, Moritz Otto, Franziska Schlattner, Benito Bause and others will be in front of the camera. Jakob Schäuffelen is the director, Sven Hasselberg, Kerstin Pistorius and Anna Tebbe have written the screenplays.


Shooting for a new TV-Movie for the ZDF started on 10 September 2018. The working title for the movie in two parts is “Und tot bist Du! Ein Schwarzwaldkrimi”. Marcus O. Rosenmüller is directing the crime movie with its story leading back to the time of the French occupation. Jessica Schwarz and Max von Thun will be portraying the investigating detectives. Among others Nadja Bobyleva, Rüdiger Vogler, Roeland Wiesnekker, Robin Sondermann, Lambert Hamel, David Zimmerschied, Patrick Mölleken, Rike Schmid and Peter Prager will undertake roles in the mystery thriller. The screenplay was written by Anna Tebbe.


After successfully launching on Amazon Prime in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and many other territories, „Cape Town“, our miniseries in six parts based on the novel by Deon Meyer, will now be available on Amazon Prime Video and iTunes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on August 31.


After successfully completing shooting „Danowski – Blutapfel“, our ZDF thriller starring Milan Peschel and Emily Cox is now in post-production.
